duliao studio (wande wenmai international architecural design) is a young design practice focusing on
producing projects ranging from product design to interior design, from
architecture design to large master plans and urban strategies. The offices are
located Beijing China, Munich and Stuttgart Germany, Taviano Italy, with an
international staff which can count on a global net of connections of
professionals that can be activate for each new project and each international
competition by chance.
We give the creativity the
highest value. Design research and built architecture are the two faces of the
office work we bring on together in the belief of reinforcing each other.
Our recent researches are
Beijing Hutong, Shanghai Linong, Chengdu old town urban researches and renewal;
reconstruction of sacral buildings such as churches, temples; ecological
building in the alluvial area; low energy consuming technique such as double
facade system… The design approach considers from the very beginning both social,
environmental and economical aspects which are harmonized in order to satisfy
any contemporary living needs.
The high quality of the
design services is offered constantly in terms of general concept, contemporary
use of the public space and notable worth of the construction details. Till
now, our clients are inculding Benz Real Estate, BMW, Siemens Real Estate,
Haier Real Estate, Tiptop International Real Estate, Shandong Lubang Real
Estate, Jinan Blue Rock Real Estate, Rongchuang Group, Yuye Group…
To inherit the valuable
culture and tradition is also one of the most improtant responsiblities of duliao studio. Therefore, as the first
step of a multi-step research programme, we hold in December 2007 the
exhibition “Hutong Vision I – Instant Hutong” at the China Millennium Monument
in Beijing. The exhibition has been invitate to take part into the group
exhibition ”Map Games”, which was hold at Today Museum in Beijing, and will be
hold in Birmingham, England, and in Venice, Italy and other european countries.
